b. Citations and description of significance (200 words or less) for each of up to three publications.
c. A response of 300 words or fewer to the following: how have you addressed your own bias(es)? Can you give us an example? This is meant to focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, not scientific bias.

3. PDF copies of the publications mentioned in item 2b.

4. Contact information for three references.
